Food and Beverage Server

Duties

• Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and serve beverages promptly and accurately
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or questions from customers
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with food preparation techniques and beverage recipes
• Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
